WHY RHYTHM OF HOPE

At Rhythm of Hope we believe dance is a gift, to embrace, enjoy and to share with others, especially those less fortunate! Just as a good musical rhythm gets people moving and provides them with perseverance and hope, since 2012 we have endeavoured to provide this gift to as many people as possible, thereby enabling them to also be a blessing to others!

So why do you dance Blog
01 Jul: So why do you dance

At ROHD we love stories of real people, because these stories are what keep us inspired to keep doing what we do. We have discovered there are so many reasons over the world why people dance- worship, celebrating victory, declaring victory, to compete and prove themselves, for exercise…

The classes with Talitha are absolutely amazing! Great emphasis is placed on proper technique and strengthening so the beginner can build a solid foundation and more challenging pieces are thrown in to keep you on your feet! Talitha’s gentleness and warm-heartedness paired with just the right amount of discipline makes her the perfect teacher! Thank you Talitha for making me feel like a real ballerina where I can explore and dance in a safe environment! Can highly recommend to all!!

I would recommend the beginner class to any ballet lover who never had the opportunity to go to ballet classes as a child. Talitha is a wonderful teacher who perfectly balances fun and technique. It is the best place to discover your inner ballerina!

The Advanced class is really a good balance between hard work and fun! Unset repertoire keeps the classes dynamic and interesting. Each term we learn solos from different Ballets like Swan Lake and Cinderella that challenge us and broaden our horizons! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to work hard and sharpen their technique on their own pace! Thank you very much Talitha and Rhythm of Hope for amazing classes!

A great class. As a 28-year-old it is a perfect combination of fun, a great work out, but still, an environment of discipline to perfect your technique, at your own pace and commitment.

I thoroughly enjoy the intermediate class!
Great place to get into ballet again.
